Job Description

Engage directly with students with Autism as a 1:1 ABA paraprofessional in a K-12 Partner program located in Concord, NH. This contract position spans the current school year and offers an opportunity to work closely with learners in a structured educational setting designed to support their individual growth.

Role Overview:

• Provide 1:1 direct support to students with Autism within an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) framework.
• Collaborate with educators and specialists to implement tailored interventions.
• Participate in a comprehensive 35-hour paid training week beginning the week of August 18.
• Attend mandatory workshops from August 25-27 and additional training as approved throughout the year.
• Maintain a consistent schedule during the academic year: Monday-Thursday, 7:20 AM to 3:20 PM; Fridays, 7:50 AM to 3:20 PM.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience working with individuals with Autism or within ABA programs is required.
• No Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification needed, but this role is similar in scope.
• Candidates must be obtaining or already possess Para II certification from the New Hampshire Department of Education. This certification can be acquired through application and background check; holding a college degree or 48 college credits facilitates the process.
