Job Description

An engineering company is seeking an Administrative Assistant Coordinator in their Charleston, SC office to provide support for team projects. This is a wonderful opportunity for a candidate seeking an administrative leadership career path with a solid company . Deltek software experience is highly preferred and strong math skills are required.

This is a Direct Hire position offering a full-time, onsite schedule and benefits with room for growth!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide project coordinators and project managers with administrative support
  • Keep databases up to date for the engineering division
  • Enter data into the software system and create invoices as needed
  • Assist with account receivable duties

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong background in mathematics
  • Deltek experience preferred

Benefits & Compensation:

  • $20 - $24+ per hour, may be negotiable
