We are looking for an Air and Missile Defense (AMD) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Senior Analyst to join our team to support the IFMC AMD Mission Command Product Office, a government program office responsible for the development of Foreign Military Sales programs. Your day-to-day work will include: Provide executive-level briefings to potential foreign partners demonstrating the capabilities and benefits of the Army's Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) and Forward Area Air Defense Command and Control (FAAD C2). Serves as the subject matter expert for IBCS and FAAD C2 International Programs Office. Responds to Letters of Request (LORs) to provide Requests for Information (RFI), P&A, and Letters of Acceptance (LOA) data Tracks program/project status and schedules; applies policies and procedures for financial planning Performs program management, technical, and business case analyses Analyzes program requirements, status, budget and schedules Participates as a member of and supports the overall PMO Schedule and coordinate meetings, agendas, boards Other duties as assigned. At a minimum you should have: ship and residency in the Huntsville, AL area or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area. An active SECRET security clearance and the ability to maintain. Bachelors degree in STEM program 10 plus years of relevant experience. Candidates must have significant experience and technical understanding of IBCS and FAAD C2 Demonstrated experience engaging and briefing executive-level staff and foreign partners Understanding of foreign military sales processes is desired Knowledge of US Army acquisition processes The successful candidate will be highly organized, and flexible and must demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to meet suspense Candidate must be able to work with minimum guidance in addressing actions, and then use their knowledge, ingenuity, innovation, and experience to complete the product Candidate must be able to travel periodically to attend meetings and brief foreign partners. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, people skills and enthusiasm are important, as well as the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a team environment You will be highly desirable if you have: Master's degree All employees may be called upon to provide their knowledge and/or expertise to proposal efforts including contract re-competes. Work Type : On-Site (Huntsville, AL) Estimated Salary Range : Senior: $130,000-$160,000 Subject Matter Expert: $165,000-$200,000 The provided salary range serves as a broad reference. However, Intrepid takes various factors into account when establishing base salary offers, including the position's scope and responsibilities, as well as the candidate's experience, education, skills, and prevailing market conditions.
