We’re seeking a motivated Business Broker to join our Santa Rosa, CA team! This is a full-time hybrid role, offering a flexible mix of in-office and remote work—ideal for self-starters who value work-life balance. What You’ll Do

• Facilitate business sales and purchases: Guide clients through every step of the transaction process for Main Street and lower middle market businesses.
• Conduct business valuations: Use your analytical skills to determine fair market values.
• Build relationships: Serve as the trusted liaison between buyers and sellers.
• Negotiate deals: Leverage your communication and negotiation skills to close successful transactions.
• Provide expert advice: Support clients with industry insights and practical solutions.

Who You Are

• Sales & customer service superstar: You thrive on connecting with people and delivering exceptional service.
• Business savvy: You understand finance, valuations, and the ins and outs of business operations.
• Strong communicator: You excel at negotiation and building rapport with diverse clients.
• Team player: You enjoy collaborating, but you’re also comfortable working independently.
• Industry experience a plus: Prior experience in business brokerage is beneficial, but not required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
