As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the cleanliness and appearance of carpets, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

*Responsibilities*

* Perform carpet cleaning services using appropriate techniques and equipment.
* Ensure all carpets are cleaned thoroughly, removing stains, dirt, and allergens.
* Operate various cleaning machines and tools safely and effectively.
* Maintain cleanliness of equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
* Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns.
* Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job.
* Assist with additional custodial tasks as needed, including buffing floors and general cleaning duties.

*Skills*

* Proficiency in carpet cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
* Strong knowledge of custodial practices and commercial cleaning standards.
* Experience in floor care, including buffing and maintenance of various surfaces.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions.
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
* Knowledge of environmental services practices is a plus.
