Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning has expanded into the Roanoke area, and we are currently looking for self-motivated, reliable, and upbeat Service Technicians to join our team.

Responsibilities :
* Provide superior carpet cleaning and quality service to Oxi Fresh customers.
* Communicate effectively and comfortably with customers.
* Develop and maintain a working knowledge of current products and services offered.
* Accurately and legibly complete all necessary documents and forms.
* Educate customers on the benefits of using Oxi Fresh's Cleaning System.
* Clean and maintain Oxi Fresh equipment and vehicles.
* Uphold all company policies and procedures.
* Encourage the use of additional services and products.
* Maintain a high customer service rating.
Requirements :
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Must be 18 years or older.
* Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report.
* Ability to pass a criminal history background check and drug screening.
* Fast learner, organized, and able to multi-task.
* Friendly and professional attitude.
* Dependable and reliable.
* Ability to clearly articulate, communicate, and interact positively with employees and customers.
* Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to follow directions.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
* Live in the Roanoke area
Job Type:
* Part-time technician with full-time possibilities.
Schedule:
* We are looking for someone who can work 3-6 days a week from 8 AM to 6 PM. We are flexible and can adjust these times to work with your current schedule.
Salary:
* $15 per hour, with commissions and bonuses.

Experience :
* Experience in customer service is required.
* Experience with carpet cleaning is a plus.
