Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Surgical Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting surgical teams during procedures, ensuring that the operating room is prepared and maintained to the highest standards. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, patient care, and the ability to analyze situations effectively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program or equivalent experience in a clinical setting. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to surgery and patient care. Experience in emergency medicine or hospital medicine is preferred. Familiarity with operating room protocols and procedures is essential. Ability to analyze situations quickly and effectively under pressure. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are required. Previous experience in pediatrics or PICU is a plus but not mandatory.
