Front Counter Hospitality Leader/ Back of the House Kitchen Leader

Asheville, NC (Full-time)
$17 - $19 hourly

Description:

• Leaders play mission-critical roles in either front-of-house or back-of-house areas in the restaurant. Their focus is the delivery of great tasting food, genuine hospitality, fast & accurate service inside a clean & safe environment.

Applicants must be able to:

• Smile.
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact.
• Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant.
• Ability to multitask & quickly, yet thoroughly.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

• Be accountable and present for every shift.

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.

 

Shifts:

• Rotation schedule from 5:30am to 11:30pm Monday through Friday.
• Saturday from 10am to 7pm. 
• SUNDAYS OFF!

Job Types:

• Full-time.

 

Salary:

• $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.

• Fast casual restaurant.
• Quick service & fast food restaurant.

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Saturday.
