About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide executive oversight of all operational functions. The COO will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a seamless experience for a high volume of passengers. This key leadership role involves overseeing airside and landside operations, terminal management, safety management systems, and emergency preparedness. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the company's vision for efficiency, safety, and innovation across all facets of airport operations. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of 10 years of airport operations experience, and a proven ability to manage large budgets and lead multidisciplinary teams. Strong knowledge of FAA and TSA regulations, emergency response protocols, and large-scale airport systems is also a key requirement.
