They focus on several practice areas including civil rights, labor law, product and premise liability, and personal injury. They have 20 attorneys and 50 staff members and are growing consistently.

Job Details

Our client is currently seeking a Civil Rights attorney. Qualified candidates should have 3+ years of civil rights experience and should be admitted to practice law in the state of New York.

Beneficial Experience:
Experience handling Section 1983 cases in EDNY and SDNY for claims against The City of New York (NYPD and DOC)
Experience in the areas of: civil and human rights, discrimination, constitutional law, municipal law, criminal law, labor and employment, sexual assault claims, and human trafficking.
Experience in litigating a mixture of police misconduct, excessive force, wrongful conviction, prisoner rights, civil rights class actions, denial of medical care, sex abuse, and trafficking cases
