LHH is hiring a Commercial Litigation Attorney to support our global clients Commercial Disputes Group. This dynamic team tackles high-stakes litigation across industries, with a focus on complex business and financial services disputes, including class actions.

What Youll Do

• Represent clients in commercial and financial services litigation, including class action defense.
• Advise Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, and corporate leaders on litigation strategy.
• Manage cases involving FCRA, FDCPA, TCPA, securities litigation, and complex business disputes.
• Draft motions, oversee discovery, and participate in depositions and hearings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to align litigation strategy with business goals.
• Stay current on legal trends and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Who You Are

• Licensed to practice law in your state of residence.
• Have 5+ years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Prior litigation experience in TX, VA, IL, or PA is a strong plus.
• Skilled communicator with a client-first mindset and strong advocacy skills.
