They develop and sustain local key relationships with lululemon Ambassadors and other relevant community partners, providing synergistic value. The Community Specialist also delivers a world-class guest experience when working on the floor in the store, bringing a community perspective into guest connections. Job Summary The Community Specialist executes the store’s community strategy through relationship building, events, and activities, supporting product seeding and local studio engagement. They build and sustain relationships with Ambassadors and community partners to drive guest acquisition and retention, and contribute to an inclusive, high-performing team environment. Core Responsibilities Of The Job Collaborate with store leadership to activate the Community strategy and guest experience. Develop and manage local relationships (Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, lululemon Studio partners) to increase new guest acquisition and retention. Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador or partner opportunities and establish the store as a community hub. Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide technical product education, and integrate omnichannel programs into the guest experience. Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events. Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors. Review community-related data to identify insights and make recommendations to store leadership regarding Community events, projects, or initiatives. Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment that welcomes and celebrates differences. Job Requirements Eligibility Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located. Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation. Schedule / Availability Work schedule varies based on store needs. Shifts typically include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. During peak periods or events, schedules may include early mornings or late nights/overnights for some employees. Experience 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building. Assets / Nice to Have Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or higher. Experience in building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners; motivating teams to accomplish goals. Compensation & Benefits Package Base Pay Range: $22.50 - $25.89/hour (subject to location minimum wage) Target Bonus: $2.00/hour Total Target Base Pay Range: $24.50 - $27.89/hour lululemon’s compensation offerings are pay-for-performance and vary by market, knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Employees may be eligible for a bonus program, subject to program requirements.
