Job Description

The Community Specialist is responsible for executing the store’s community strategy, which includes engaging with the community through relationship building, events, and other activities including supporting lululemon product seeding and attending local studios. Job Summary The Community Specialist develops and sustains local key relationships with lululemon Ambassadors and other relevant and influential community partners providing synergistic value. The Community Specialist also delivers a world-class guest experience when working on the floor in the store, bringing their community perspective into the guest connection. Core Responsibilities Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life. Establish and manage local key relationships to increase new guest acquisition and guest retention. Engage with the local community to identify future Ambassador or partner opportunities. Connect with guests on the floor to assess their unique needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs. Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events. Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors. Review community relevant business data and metrics to identify and share insights with store leadership. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment. Job Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located. Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods. Schedule/Availability The work schedule can vary based on store needs. Shifts are typically scheduled: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building. Job Assets Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above. Experience building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners. Compensation & Benefits Package Base Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.01/hour. Total Target Base Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.01/hour.
