Responsibilities

• The Construction Project Manager will oversee daily modular home production operations in a warehouse setting.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet deadlines and optimize resources.
• Manage labor, equipment, materials, and inventory in coordination with procurement.
• The Construction Project Manager will ensure efficient production staging and workflow across departments.
• Enforce safety standards, conduct inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise employees and subcontractors, fostering a safety- and quality-focused culture.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes throughout production.
• The Construction Project Manager will develop and manage budgets, control costs, and report financial performance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to stay on schedule.
• Leverage technology to improve production efficiency and tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and apply best practices.

Qualifications

• The Construction Project Manager must hold a degree in civil or related engineering .
• Must have a minimum of 5+ years of construction management experience, ideally in modular or manufacturing environments.
• A certification in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally (e.g., Bahamas) for short-term assignments.
• The Construction Project Manager must have strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• The Construction Project Manager must have experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
