Get ready for an exhilarating opportunity in the Technology industry as a Permanent Data Center Technician. This position will challenge your skills in Service Solutions, Security+, Network Monitoring, Network Diagnostics, Network Maintenance, System Upgrades, Security Configurations, Patching, Network Performance, Network System Availability, and Capacity Planning. This role requires a Top Secret/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance, Security+ certification, and offers a unique chance to work on high-level, secure projects.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Data Center Technician, your main responsibility will be to maintain, monitor, and enhance the performance of our data center networks. Your day-to-day operations will involve performing network diagnostics, system upgrades, and security configurations. You will be tasked with ensuring network system availability and implementing capacity planning strategies.

Your role will also involve providing service solutions, conducting regular network performance assessments, and patching systems to maintain optimal performance. You will be expected to handle any network-related issues that arise, utilizing your network maintenance skills to ensure minimal downtime.

Furthermore, you will work closely with other IT professionals and stakeholders to ensure our network infrastructure meets organizational needs and industry standards. You will also be responsible for documenting all processes and changes, ensuring that our systems are secure, efficient, and up-to-date.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Technology industry.
2. 2+ years of data center technician/support experience.
3. Security+ certification
4. Must possess a Top Secret/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance.
5. Proven experience with Service Solutions, Security+, Network Monitoring, Network Diagnostics, Network Maintenance, System Upgrades, Security Configurations, Patching, Network Performance, Network System Availability, Capacity Planning, and CCNA.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
7. Strong understanding of network infrastructure and data center operations.
8. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
