Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data across our internal spreadsheets and website. This role is critical to maintaining the accuracy and reliability of our data, ensuring our systems are up-to-date and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into our spreadsheets and website content management system (CMS) with accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify and cross-check data to ensure consistency and integrity.
• Regularly review and update existing entries to maintain accuracy.
• Organize and maintain records, files, and documentation related to data entry tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to gather and input information as needed.
• Perform data clean-up tasks to standardize and enhance data quality.
• Assist in generating reports and summaries based on data as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and familiarity with website CMS platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of database management or e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Work Environment:

• This position must be in-office.
• Flexible hours may be available depending on project deadlines.
