This versatile position involves hands-on campaign proofing and project management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, flexible, and coachable, and willing to learn various software tools.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Proofing:

• Oversee end-to-end campaign processes, from order initiation to going live.
• Collaborate with the sales team to process orders, coordinate creation, obtain approvals, and ensure flawless execution.
• Conduct thorough proofing of all campaigns to guarantee accuracy and quality.

Software Utilization:

• Utilize various software tools, including Unbounce, Active Campaign, Zappier, Social Proof, Facebook, Canva, HubSpot, and others.
• Learn and understand the functionalities of these tools for effective campaign execution.

Website Maintenance:

• Contribute to the ongoing rebuild of the website.
• Maintain and update the website as needed.

Potential Project Management Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage workflows.
• Establish processes for the team to follow.
• Maintain an internal workflow portal.
• Prepare for events, including collateral, booth setup, and travel arrangements.
• Provide support to the production team, troubleshooting and implementing high-end fixes.
