Position Overview This fully remote Director of Operations, Contacts, and Insurance at Zenni Optical will work directly under our Sr. Director, Operations, Contacts, and Insurance and be the right-hand person to spearhead supply chain optimization, streamline operations, and strategically launch a new contacts line of business. We seek a seasoned professional with profound expertise in optical supply chain management and operations, specifically focusing on contacts and insurance. Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree in business management or related field 7+ years of experience as a Director or similar role 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or a similar industry Experience launching at least 1 new line of business Preferred Requirements Proficiency with SQL and Excel Ability to collect and research data to analyze complex or diverse information 7+ years of progressive leadership responsibility Strong understanding of manufacturing capabilities and procurement Strong knowledge of business development, budgeting, and strategic planning Director-level experience using data to model, inform, and make decisions Director-level experience managing external accounts, vendors, and Service Level Agreements Director-level experience with pricing comparisons and performance metrics as it relates to operations #J-18808-Ljbffr Startops
