This is an On-Site Position in Blue Ash OH

The Opportunity:

The Document Imaging Specialist performs all Scanning Department duties pertaining to various departments' work that occurs in Patient Financial Services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Processing incoming mail and preparing documents for scanning
• Scanning documents to proper location in accordance to the Record Retention Policy
• Any tasks resulting from these basic functions which are necessary to complete the document process
• Communicating with coworkers and supervisor in order to maintain proper processing methods and remain aware of proper procedures.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education:

• High School Diploma or GED

Required Experience:

• 1-2 years' experience in healthcare industry

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Experience with general computer systems such as Microsoft Office programs and office equipment such as scanning machines and printers.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities We Love:

• Experience in physician and hospital operations, compliance and provider relations

Required Qualifications:

• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 6 months of hire
