The Education Consultant for Promethean LIVE will be delivering demonstrations of the full value of Promethean’s hardware and software suite to customers nationally via our Promethean LIVE studio in Alpharetta, Georgia. This consultant will partner with all the North America sales staff to deliver high quality sales demonstrations virtually and provide pre-sales support. In addition, this consultant will be supporting our national training initiative by offering ongoing professional development opportunities virtually.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage our Promethean LIVE demonstration schedule/room in the Alpharetta office and deliver high-quality virtual sales demonstrations to customers on a regular basis
• Provide ongoing professional development opportunities virtually including orientations, training, and virtual training series to support customer implementations
• Manage scheduling of virtual demonstrations nationally to support our sales teams/sales efforts
• Present to and effectively communicate with individuals in varying roles and levels within a school district
• Work with consultants, engineers, and management teams to develop high quality demonstrations and provide virtual professional development opportunities
• Interact with Sales managers to maintain communication on accounts and provide high level of pre-sales support
• Help sales managers identify customer needs through solution based selling techniques and demonstrate the full value of Promethean’s suite of hardware and software products
• Stay up to date on technology trends and monitor usage data for trends in education and identify opportunities for improvements and enhancements

Job Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of teaching experience as a lead teacher in a classroom
• Position based in Alpharetta/Atlanta GA with minimal travel
• Self-starter with a self-driven leadership capability
• IFPD/IWB experience in both training and content/lesson development
• Strong technical background (Android, iOS, Windows, Chrome)
• Results driven, well organized, flexible, and have strong follow-up skills
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to excite/relate to educators at all levels/in all subject areas
• Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to speak in front of large groups of educators is essential
• Firm understanding of the pedagogy of teaching and learning – shown through the ability to develop / design / deliver exceptional professional development/training support
• Understanding of the business side of education to support the pre-sales organization
• High levels of knowledge on all aspects of educational technology, technology integration, and current education technology trends
• Highly proficient in English (Spanish would be an asset)
• Experience with crafting captivating content and utilizing suitable/relevant social media platforms

Base Range: $66,500 - $81,000 + Bonus Eligible
