General Job Description
We're looking for motivated individuals to join our electrical crew as a helper/leadman assistant. No prior experience is needed-we'll train you! A license is not required to start, and if hired, we will help you apply for an apprentice license.
Key Duties & Responsibilities - Assist in house rough-in work, including measuring, cutting, and pulling wire
- Install trim components such as plugs, lights, fixtures, and switches
- Carry materials and tools to support the leadman and crew
- Clean and maintain the work area and equipment
- Maintain a professional working relationship with the leadman and division manager
- Communicate progress, issues, and creative solutions to management
- Follow company safety rules and promptly correct or report hazards
- Take direction effectively and communicate clearly with team members

Specific Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills - Preferred: Electrical experience and knowledge of the current National Electric Code
- Ability to read and understand blueprints (preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus
Starting Pay: $12-$14 per hour
