Job Description

Rosenblatt is looking for experienced research analyst with 3+ years’ experience in covering IT Hardware segment such has Client PC, Server, Storage and possibly Quantum Computing.

Position can be hybrid in office/WFH split if in the NYC area or remote if based outside the NYC area. Our work environment promotes work-life balance.

We are applying that same winning formula to our comparatively new research business (less than a decade old) and even newer capital markets business that is quickly establishing us as a co-manager of choice in IPOs and other corporate offerings, including Arm’s IPO, the largest of all of 2023, and Supermicro’s follow-on, the 2 nd largest follow-on of that year. So far in 2025, we have participated in 16 capital markets transactions with revenues up over 70% ytd through July and our research revenues continue to grow on top of 27% growth in 2024 and solid double-digit gains in 2023.

On the event front, we are hosted our 5 th annual Age of AI Tech Summit this past summer and will be hosting our second annual “Investors Summit” track at Advertising Week in October our 17 th annual FinTech Summit in November, both of which feature some top notch content, featuring publics, privates and private equity firms, while also adding a Silicon Valley Bus Tour, among many other NDRs.

What we look for in our analysts:

· Adaptable, collaborative, flexible, curious, proactive, intellectually honest and a strong desire to be the best

· Deep domain knowledge and passion for your sector

· Industry experience is preferable (nearly all of our senior analysts come from industry)

· Creativity and commitment to add value to institutional clients, such as offering unique access to experts or private company peers of coverage universe

· Strong relationships with investors, corporates and within industry

· In accordance with applicable law, the base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $300,000, based on experience

· In addition, the employee who fills this role will be eligible for additional bonus compensation driven by revenue attribution, as well as benefits programs, such as healthcare insurance and 401K matching

Qualifications:

· Demonstrated track record of consistently producing high quality, differentiated research and have a monetizable franchise with institutional investors.

· Current Series 7, 63, 86 and 87 licenses

· Three to five years in research a minimum requirement to be considered for a coverage role (if interested in an associate support role, a minimum of one year will be considered)
