We are looking for qualified flight instructors! Whether you’re a seasoned instructor or building flight hours, why not share your knowledge and passion with others and get paid!

Wisconsin Aviation Flight School is looking for CFIs to join our team. A candidate must hold an FAA issued CFI and have achieved 300 total flight hours with 100 hours dual given. Having CFII/MEI ratings are preferred.

 

• We are currently looking for CFIs to base out of Madison, WI
• Must be able to work weekends, with optional additional time during the week
• Ability to work unrestricted in the United States as citizen or permanent resident

 

Wisconsin Aviation Flight School is a professional team of dedicated flight instructors in a customer friendly environment. Depending upon your certifications and experience you’ll be providing training to students at all levels of flight instruction—from recreational pilot through restricted ATP, primary and instrument flight up through multi-engine instruction for those who are qualified. We have two new programs with local college flight programs. In addition, you’ll have an opportunity to conduct BFRs and IPCs for certificated pilots, scenic and introductory flights for those newly interested in becoming pilots. You’ll even have opportunities to provide checkouts for our rental customers. As a Wisconsin Aviation team member your training fleet consists of a variety of aircraft types - Cessna 152 and172; Piper Warrior, Archer, Arrow and Seneca; Cirrus SR20 and SR22 and even a Citabria for tail wheel endorsements.

 

Wisconsin Aviation is a full-service general aviation company. Our corporate headquarters are located at the Watertown Municipal Airport in Watertown, WI and we also operate FBOs in Madison and Juneau.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI)
• 300 Hours total time desired; previous experience and 100 Hours dual flight instruction given
• Specific Aircraft Checkout and Safety Sensitive Screening participation required
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to obtain a SIDA (Secure Identification Display Area) badge through the TSA
• Absent of history of violations of Federal Aviation Administration regulations
