Location: Batavia, New York (onsite)

Position: Full-time position, W-2, 1099 Considered

Employer: QPCS

Compensation: $95/hour (W-2)

 

Quality Patient Centered Services, LLC (QPCS), in partnership with InGenesis, seeking a full-time Dentist for the Buffalo Federal Detention Facility. This W-2 role offers benefits including 401(k), medical, dental, vision paid leave.

 

Job Responsibilities

· Provide oral health care for detainees in ICE custody.

· Oversee dental clinic operations, infection control, and safety.

· Conduct exams, diagnoses, treatments, and manage dental records.

· Ensure proper sharps control, radiation protocol compliance, and instrument sterilization.

· Refer patients, prescribe medication, and support staff training.

· Participate in meetings, data reporting, teleconferences, and occasional travel to other sites.

· Adhere to IHSC policies and confidentiality regulations.

 

Requirements

· DDS or DMD from an ADA-accredited U.S. program.

· At least one year of recent dentist experience; minor oral surgery skills required.

· Full, unrestricted state dental license.

· BLS certification by American Heart Association.

· Knowledge of all major dental disciplines and emergency procedures.

· Proficient English communication and basic Microsoft Office skills.

· Ability to work in multicultural environments and adapt to schedule changes.

· Pass federal background checks and maintain licensure during employment.
