Base pay range $56.00/hr - $66.00/hr Responsibilities Designing and refining layouts, illustrations, and graphics for the development of the Priorities Report 2026 initiative Iterating on designs based on feedback from team. Collaborating with research team, design lead, and developers Communicating with authors including live meetings and asynchronous messaging to manage workflow and design iterations effectively Work within a production-ready environment with clean source files and deliverables (multiple file types) Requirements Strong visual design interpretive and production skills including illustration, graphic design, and information graphics Ability to work quickly, ask clarifying questions, and deliver multiple concepts. Experience working independently and jump right into active projects. Proficiency in Adobe CS, Figma, MS Powerpoint; Strong portfolio showcasing relevant visual design work To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
