Position: Senior Healthcare Consultant
Location: US-Based (Remote with Client Onsite Visits as Needed)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Consultant with strong software engineering and
cloud expertise to support our U.S. healthcare clients in their digital transformation journey.
This individual will serve as a strategic advisor and pre-sales leader, helping bridge the gap
between healthcare domain insights, modern cloud solutions, and AI-driven innovation.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the healthcare industry, hands-on
exposure to AWS and AI technologies, and the ability to engage with clients to craft
solutions that accelerate adoption, compliance, and go-to-market success.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a Healthcare SME for pre-sales, solution design, and client presentations in the
US market.
Partner with client stakeholders and internal teams to propose cloud (AWS) and
AI/ML-driven solutions aligned to healthcare needs.
Translate healthcare business requirements into technical solution approaches,
ensuring regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HL7/FHIR).
Support strategic proposal creation, client workshops, and proof-of-concepts to
showcase capabilities.
Provide market insights and thought leadership to guide clients' digital transformation
and AI adoption journey.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Cloud Engineers, and Data/AI teams to validate
and position healthcare-focused solutions.
Drive consultative selling efforts, helping position technology outcomes that align with
client business objectives.
Consult on leveraging AI/ML solutions to enhance clinical workflows and operational
efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry (Provider, Payer, or Healthcare
Technology domains).
Strong background in Software Development and Engineering, with the ability to
guide technical teams.
Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services and solutioning for healthcare
environments.
Exposure to AI/ML and LLM-driven solutions and ability to articulate their business
impact.
Exposure to healthcare data analytics, patient engagement platforms, and
claims/clinical data flows.
Excellent communication and consultative selling skills for engaging with senior
client stakeholders.
Proven track record in supporting pre-sales, solution consulting, or enterprise
technology advisory roles.
US-based (mandatory), with flexibility to support client calls and occasional onsite
sessions.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in healthcare cloud migrations, data modernization, or AI solution
deployments.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HL7/FHIR, HITRUST) in solution
design.
Ability to lead executive workshops and strategy sessions for healthcare clients.
Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, Allscripts,
Athenahealth, or Meditech.
Deliverables:
Client-facing solution presentations and proposals.
Healthcare domain insights and strategy recommendations for digital transformation.
Concept notes, proof-of-concept (POC) support, and AI/AWS solution validation.
Contribution to go-to-market initiatives targeting US healthcare enterprises.
