We are seeking a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser or Master’s-level Audiologist to provide exceptional hearing care services, including diagnostic testing, hearing aid fittings, counseling, and follow-up care. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment, works independently, and is committed to helping patients achieve better hearing with efficiency and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and consultations

  • Recommend and fit appropriate hearing aids and assistive listening devices

  • Program, troubleshoot, and adjust hearing instruments to meet patient needs

  • Provide patient counseling, education, and ongoing support for optimal device usage

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with practice protocols

  • Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team to ensure a seamless patient experience

  • Deliver exceptional patient care while meeting productivity and quality benchmarks

Qualifications:

  • Required: New York State Hearing Aid Dispenser License or Master’s Degree in Audiology

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical or dispensing experience preferred (new graduates with strong skills welcome to apply)

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong ability to work independently and manage a high patient volume efficiently

  • Proficiency with hearing aid technology and software from multiple manufacturers
