Job Description

I'm David. I'm looking for a sitter in Pittsburgh. I do not yet live at this house. I need someone to look after it until I get there, specifically ensuring the heat is on and letting in workers and locking up after them when they finish. Duties:

1. Pick up house keys from real estate agent 12/10.
2. Check daily to make sure heat is on.
3. When I schedule appointments for workers, be there to let them in, and then be there to lock up when they leave (electrician, plumber, HVAC, possibly painters, possibly some refurb). I will try to schedule them around your needs, but contractors aren't always accommodating.
4. Meet the movers when they arrive with my stuff. (probably between the 19th and 22nd)
5. Hand over the keys when I get there, ideally before Christmas.

There is nothing currently in this house. It's completely empty except for a fridge, oven, and washer/dryer. You're welcome to stay over if you want, but there's no furniture or anything else. So you'd need to bring everything with you. The utilities are on. This thing doesn't want to accept my money for premium, so send your contact info.
