We’re looking for someone who will:

• Provide full-scope HR support to leaders including: employee relations, compensation, structure and leveling, employee engagement and culture development, organizational design, change management, and people development.
• Partner closely with the Chief Operating Officer to support executives to advance people strategies and solutions that are aligned with short and long-term organization and operational goals.
• Regularly provides updates, strategies, and consultation to the CVO, COO, and Executive Leadership Team regarding Kingdom One’s Human Resources activities.
• Supports the CVO in fulfilling the mission of Kingdom One and its expanding vision and scope.
• Provide intentional leadership to the Human Resources and Staffing teams.
• Drive accountability and excellence through the employee lifecycle processes (performance management, talent planning, compensation, etc.)
• Refine and innovate with the long-term growth strategy and service offerings expansion of the Human Resources and Staffing Talent Group in harmony with other staff.
• Generate and contribute content to Kingdom One’s ministry training and education efforts.
• Participate in the development and discipleship of Kingdom One’s talent, including supporting internship programs, ministry staffing services, and other people-related activities.
• Actively lead and project management through internal projects and initiatives in collaboration with other talent groups and Kingdom One staff.

Our ideal candidate:

• Is currently living in the state of California.
• Has a heart for serving the church, loves Jesus, and is excited to grow the capital “C” church.
• 10+ years of experience required as an HR Leader with dynamic experience in all areas of HR and exposure to the non-profit, church, religious camp, or religious school industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and/or SPHR or SHRM-SCP required.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-moving environment; proactive problem solver, roll-up-one’s-sleeves demeanor with a strong work ethic and excellent communication.
• Is a strong project manager who loves to serve people, is collaborative, and is organized.
• Is technology savvy and comfortable with using a variety of technology including, HRIS, payroll systems, MS Office and/or G-Suite.
• Loves to create content to help educate and resource organizations.
• Comfortable working in a remote team environment, but loves traveling a few times a year.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 per year
