Description Leidos has an upcoming opening for an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) at MacDill AFB, FL. Candidates must already possess a current TS/SCI security clearance to be considered. The ISSO will provide cybersecurity support services to assist the ACC Cybersecurity Chief Information Security Officer and unit Information System Security Officers (ISSO) in maintaining an effective cybersecurity program that supports missions and adequately protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of AF IC information resources. Duties include: Assist in the development of local unit cybersecurity programs and security plans in accordance with ACC, AF, IC, and DOD guidance. Assist in gathering data, analyzing compliance, and reporting results on the condition and progress of cybersecurity programs, security plans, POA&Ms, A&A workflow tools data, patch management, IAVA, DoD 8570.01M certifications, FISMA compliance, and ATOs to unit leadership and HHQs. Interact with local units and HHQ IISMs to provide cybersecurity assessments, courses of action, and solutions to improve cybersecurity programs. Assist in developing and providing on-the-job training to civilian, contractor, and military personnel on IT security tools, policies, and procedures. Qualifications: TS/SCI security clearance on day 1. Associates degree with 3 years of relevant experience or High School diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience. IAT Level II certification required. Experience with JWICS SYSAD administration. Experience working with Assessment and Authorization documents, assessments, and cybersecurity program tasks. Knowledge of AF and IC plans and policies. Ability to learn and apply ICD 705 physical and personnel security duties.
