Position Summary

We are seeking a Management Consultant to join our Full-Time Engagement Practice. This role offers the opportunity to work as a dedicated resource on client engagements, providing hands-on management support in areas such as accounting, finance operations, budgeting, and system transitions. As a salaried member of our team, you will bring expertise and stability to clients during times of change, helping them maintain business continuity and achieve results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support client organizations in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, system conversions, and process improvements.
  • Step into management-level roles during transitions, staff shortages, or special projects.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to client teams, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are accurate.
  • Collaborate with client leadership to identify process efficiencies and implement best practices.
  • Adapt to a variety of client environments while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
  • Build long-term relationships through reliable performance and effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, with prior management-level responsibilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar) strongly preferred.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of financial operations.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
