About the Role

Position:

• Intern – Marriage and Family Therapy (AMFT) & Clinical Social Work (ACSW) Associates
• Format: 100% Remote / Telehealth
• Location: Based in Glendale, CA (Remote work nationwide)

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families—including young adolescents and children—to help you fulfill your full board hours (child and family hours included)
• Conduct virtual sessions via Telehealth
• Maintain office hours that meet client needs
• Complete clinical documentation within 24-72 hours
• Utilize your language skills (fluent in Russian and/or Armenian) to serve diverse communities
• Build your caseload from an initial 10 hours per week, growing to 22+ hours per week (22–24 sessions per week)

Qualifications:

• Registered MFT Associate with an active Intern #
• Strong commitment to working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ community, diverse groups, and African American clients
• Personal Attributes:
• Flexible, punctual, and a collaborative team player
• Dedicated to collecting your board hours and passionate about serving the community
• Not currently affiliated with another group practice
• Committed to a long-term partnership that ensures stability for your clients

Specialized & General Intern Opportunities

We welcome all candidates passionate about serving the community and dedicated to collecting their board hours.

• General Intern Role: Ideal for those in the beginning stages of collecting their hours, who are committed and eager to grow.

• Specialized Opportunities: In addition, we offer focused tracks for candidates with expertise or interest in:

- Serving the LGBTQ+ community

- Conducting sessions in Russian and/or Armenian and/or Spanish

- Providing culturally sensitive care for diverse and African American communities

Competitive Pay Structure:

• Earn rates per session with a combined clinical and administrative pay model
• $40/hr for session work for the first three months and up to $40/hr for session work after
• Administration hours now paid at $17.28/hour (up to approximately $450/month based on sessions)
• Additional $17.28/hour for meetings and trainings

• $500 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days upon successful onboarding and meeting goals
