Job Responsibilities: Inspect, maintain, and repair medical equipment and instruments to ensure functionality and safety.Perform preventative maintenance tasks as per schedule and manufacturer guidelines.Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, providing timely and effective solutions.Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately in maintenance logs.Collaborate with medical staff to ensure the proper functioning and usage of equipment.Stay up-to-date with advancements in medical technology and equipment.Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations. Qualifications: Associate’s degree or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.Certification in medical equipment repair (CBET) is preferred.Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of medical equipment.Strong technical skills and ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to handle on-call or emergency repair situations.
