Outpatient Surgery Center RN

We are seeking a Registered Nurse who thrives in a collaborative surgical setting and takes pride in delivering high-quality care to every patient, every time.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced RN with ICU or Emergency Room experience who enjoys fast-paced, team-oriented work without the demands of nights, weekends, or call.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide conscious sedation and perioperative nursing care for outpatient surgical cases in collaboration with the ASC team.
• Monitor, assess, and document patients’ clinical status throughout the procedure and recovery process.
• Administer medications, interpret vital signs, and respond appropriately to any clinical changes.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff to ensure safe and efficient patient flow.
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures, post-operative care, and recovery expectations.
• Contribute to a culture of safety, professionalism, and compassion.

Qualifications:

• Active Georgia RN license in good standing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Prior PACU, ER or ICU experience strongly preferred.
• Prior conscious sedation experience required.
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient environment. Professional, positive, and patient-focused demeanor.
