Job Description
Pediatric Home Service (PHS) is a leader in home health care, committed to providing exceptional care to children in the comfort of their homes. Since 1987, we’ve been dedicated to offering state-of-the-art home medical equipment, supplies, clinical respiratory care, and enteral nutrition services. We’re looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join our distinguished pharmacy team and support our mission of delivering the highest level of care to our pediatric patients.
We are seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As part of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in sterile IV compounding, medication labeling, inventory management, and ensuring that our pharmacy practices meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Compounds medications, labels medications under the supervision of a Licensed Pharmacist
QUALIFICATIONS:
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credentials required.
Current registration with the State Board of Pharmacy.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in IV pharmaceutical compounding or home care is preferred.
Knowledge of aseptic technique and quality assurance practices in sterile compounding is a plus.

Pediatric Home Service is a pediatric home health agency that has provided high-quality DME and nursing services to medically fragile children since 1990. Our services allow our clients to remain and thrive in their homes, schools, and communities. The majority of the clients we serve are age’s birth through 21 years old and have a variety of technologies that might include a trach, ventilator or g-tube.
SALARY RANGE:
At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The range for this role is $20.50 to $24.00 hourly, based on experience and qualifications.
