Role: PR & Communications Executive – Castleford.

Elevation Recruitment Group - Marketing Division are excited to be working with an evolving manufacturer.

In this role, you will drive their brand communications both internally and externally.

You will maximise employee engagement and deliver our ‘employer brand’ plans. To effectively position the brand to our customers, driving brand awareness and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

This role requires focus in 4main areas:

• Further develop and drive our internal communications.
• Develop and drive our ‘employer brand’ strategy.
• Managing and developing our PR activities.
• Marketing content production and development and brand event management.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the internal communications execution and work with internal stakeholders to further develop & drive the internal communications plan.
• Help develop our employer brand strategy alongside key internal stakeholders.
• Drive our PR plans, working with the senior marketing team and external PR agency to develop and deliver effective PR.
• Create and manage the key articles for the website, blog posts, case studies, articles & editorial and press releases.
• Organise the placement of advertising into relevant industry media.
• Work with media and internal stakeholders to take advantage of thought leadership opportunities.
• To plan high quality events including exhibitions and conferences from conception to completion.
• To develop strategic partnerships with key suppliers to generate joint marketing initiatives.
• To ensure company compliance at all levels with corporate ID policies.
• To conduct any other duties as requested to perform within the scope of your knowledge, skills and ability.
