Our Early Learning Center , located within the state-of-the-art Roth Family Education Center , serves 165 children in 12 developmentally focused classrooms. Our facilities include an interactive playground, a serene outdoor classroom, and safe, stimulating learning environments tailored for young children.

Your Role

We are currently hiring an Assistant Preschool Teachers for our 3-4-Year-Old Classroom. If you're passionate about early childhood development and love working with young children in a nurturing environment, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

• Engage joyfully and sensitively with children, encouraging exploration and development.
• Support classroom routines and implement behavior management strategies.
• Prepare a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment.
• Follow each child's individual schedule and document daily activities and milestones.
• Participate actively in play, care routines, and classroom experiences.
• Be physically able to interact with children at their level (sitting on floor, lifting, etc.).

Qualifications

• Experience with infants or toddlers in a licensed childcare setting is preferred.
• Understanding of child development and age-appropriate practices.
• A nurturing, patient, and positive attitude.
• Must meet state licensing requirements for background checks and health/safety training.
