Build a Niche in Probate – Consistent Opportunity in Any Market
Are you a licensed real estate professional ready to establish yourself in one of the most consistent niches in the industry and earn rewarding commissions? We’re looking for a motivated agent who wants to specialize in the probate and trust market, a segment that provides steady opportunities regardless of market conditions.
In this role, you’ll learn the entire process—from the first outreach to closing—whether the case is court-confirmed or under full authority. You’ll gain hands-on experience making initial calls, guiding families through probate transactions, and positioning yourself as a trusted probate listing agent.
For newly licensed professionals, our structured coaching program provides step-by-step guidance, while experienced agents will find the systems and support needed to deepen their expertise. This is a meaningful way to build a long-term specialty that sets you apart in the market.

Compensation:$140,000 at plan
