General Purpose: Under the supervision and direction of the Department of Recreation, the Sports Program Leader will help support sports programs, classes and events by co-coordinating, planning and implementing sports activities throughout the year. This flexible position works with a variety of sports programs in various facilities throughout the city. We all work as a team to make a difference in the community by providing quality activities for all age groups and abilities. Preferred Qualifications: 18 years or older. Current student, graduate or professional in sports management, sport event planning or related field. Must have a valid driver's license and meet City driving history requirements in order to drive a city vehicle.
