Cafe Escadrille is looking for a high-energy and hospitality-driven floor manager/supervisor.

This position will assist with the day-to-day tasks of running the floor, overseeing front-of-house staff, and ensuring high quality and an enjoyable guest experience. Some examples of job duties are; inventory, counting drawers, running reports, being proficient with POS systems, seating guests, answering phones, checking table maintenance, etc. We are looking for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Must have a flexible schedule with day, night, weekend, and holiday availability. We are looking for reliable and responsible candidates. Experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

This Massachusetts restaurant’s name and spirit were inspired by the Lafayette Escadrille – a squadron of the French Air Service formed in April of 1916.
