Responsibilities include providing nursing care for students with medical needs such as trach, vent, g-tube feedings, seizure monitoring with rescue medications, personal care, diabetic care, etc.
Requirements include a current registered nurse (RN) license for the state in which the nurse practices, a current health certificate per facility registered nurse (RN) contract or state regulation, a current PPD or chest x-ray, a current BLS card, and one year prior registered nurse (RN) experience preferred.
