Job Description WSFS Bank is looking for a Sr
Graphic & Motion Designer to join our Creative Services team
The role will combine traditional graphic design skill with motion graphics to create engaging and on-brand creative for a variety of marketing and communications channels
The ideal candidate will demonstrate expert knowledge of current design and video software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable
Supporting multiple companies and business lines under the WSFS umbrella, the Sr
Graphic & Motion Designer is responsible for developing creative content for external and internal audiences, contributing to all phases of the design process
This includes concept development, storyboarding, animation, graphic design, and production, across various mediums including but not limited to web videos, digital signage, social, and video editing
The candidate will ensure a creative yet consistent look and feel that adheres to and supports the overarching WSFS brand, messaging, visual identity, and compliance guidelines
They will have the ability to understand project goals and how their work contributes to the success of team, laddering up to the company’s growth
They are proactive self-starters that continually look for opportunities to evolve and grow the brand
Job Responsibilities: Develop engaging graphics, animation, video and other creative materials for various mediums including but not limited to web, social, and other digital channels that is on-brand, supporting WSFS Mission, Vision and Values
Create high-quality design assets within established brand to support different business lines, products and services across the company
Contribute to graphic design and video projects from concept to delivery (storyboard, design, animation, feedback, QA, and production.) Work closely with other members of the marketing department to provide a cohesive look and feel across mediums
Develop a thorough understanding of the various audiences we serve and business lines we support Stay current with design trends and applications
Apply influencing and presentation skills to secure buy-in for design concepts
Follow and enhance brand standards
Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders, marketing team members, and vendors, acting as the subject matter expert for the design discipline
Work collaboratively with product teams, business lines and management
Manage workload to meet required deadlines
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, marketing, advertising or another field closely aligned with graphic design
Minimum of 5+ years of related professional experience Clear understanding and knowledge of the motion design and video production process from concept to completion
Experience with both print and digital media
Experience developing graphics, illustrations, videos, gifs, and other creative materials for web, social, and other digital platforms
Expertise in preparing graphics for both high-resolution printing and low-resolution web applications
Diverse portfolio demonstrating excellent design sense
Includes examples of creativity, and strong understanding of layout, design and corporate branding
Work shows strategic problem solving, original thought and a deep understanding of project goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible while keeping a keen attention to detail
