Role:

As a SENIOR TECHNICAL RECRUITER, reporting directly to the Director, Human Resources, your key objective will be to play a critical role in shaping our exceptional team of technical experts. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier candidates to fill technical positions, with a primary focus on our Technology team. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that we acquire the right talent to drive our company’s continued success.

Responsibilities:

The essential responsibilities and duties for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Proactively source, screen, identify, and engage with highly qualified candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates’ technical skills, relevant experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical candidates to meet both current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific technical requirements and provide guidance on the hiring process, market trends, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records within our database. Regularly provide reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from interview scheduling to offer extension and compensation package negotiations, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement innovative and effective recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent, staying ahead of industry trends and evolving candidate preferences.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Demonstrated expertise and a deep understanding of technology, technical roles, and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing strategic leadership in recruiting, guiding teams, and influencing hiring decisions.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with the capability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of 6 years experience as a recruiter, with a significant portion of that experience dedicated to technical recruiting.
  • Previous experience in a SAAS or start-up environment is highly preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Must be US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or eligible to work in the US permanently.
