Responsibilities Meet with patients for the first time in their speech journey, answering introductory questionsImplement or assist in implementation of the treatment plan, adjusting as needed to ensure successful outcomesMaintaining excellent records of patient needs, care, and outcomeWork closely with the family of the patients and the patients itself to ensure they have the knowledge and tools they need for successQualificationsBachelor's / Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Disorders or equivalent,Current Texas state license as a Speech Pathologist or Speech Pathologist-AssistantCurrent Driver's LicensePrevious pediatric experience preferred, Reliable transportation, valid and current auto liability insurance, Flexibility is a must.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsConsistency and dependabilityExcellent organizational skillsStrong charting and documentation skillsFamiliarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite
