Children's Health is seeking a visionary Senior Director, Talent and Organizational Development to partner with the Vice President, Learning and Talent Management to create a Talent Management strategy aligned with Childrens Healths mission and vision. This is your opportunity to create lasting impact while developing the next generation of healthcare leaders.
Experience: 10+ years in HR with deep talent management expertise + 7+ years in leadership roles
Graduate or professional work or advanced degree; or equivalent experience required. Masters in industrial/organizational psychology, Organizational Development, or related field required
Certification in learning and/or talent development preferred
