We are hiring a challenge-seeking Staff Accountant who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in discovering the right solutions. A team player who enjoys working alongside their colleagues in fast paced environment where the time flies because every day is a busy one.

 

Where You Will Work: 

Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center. Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline. AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support operations.

 

What You Will Do: 

  • Ensuring accuracy of corporate financial records and reports for assigned duties.
  • Prepare and enter journal entries for month-end close process.
  • Complete monthly, quarterly and yearly balance sheet reconciliations for cash accounts.
  • Provide related variance analysis monthly, quarterly and annually.
  • Collaborating among departments to share accounting data and improve efficiencies.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and distributing financial reports.
  • Preparing roll-forwards and financial analysis.
  • This is an in-office opportunity.

Qualifications

​​​​​​​What You Will Bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
  • 1-2+ two years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with monthly, quarterly balance sheet reconciliations, specifically cash reconciliations.
  • Experience conducting variance analysis.
  • Experience conducting actual to budget/forecast analysis.
  • Experience recording monthly journal entries, accruals, reclasses, etc.
  • Proficient financial system skills with an emphasis on Excel, SmartView
  • Workday Financials and Blackline experience a plus.
  • Superb attention to detail.
  • Nimble problem solver who enjoys complex challenges.
  • Demonstrates quality customer service, teamwork, and cultural fit.
Additional Information

AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance including:

  • Expected pay rate of $65,000- $78,000 plus annual target bonus.  You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
