About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Corporate Partnerships to lead the development and implementation of end-to-end sponsorship strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving significant results for global partners and the organization, including the design, planning, budgeting, and management of a multi-million-dollar P&L. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in evolving processes to achieve exponential sales growth, as well as the ability to lead and inspire a large, high-performing team. The Vice President will also be tasked with optimizing internal processes, owning special initiatives for new revenue opportunities, and innovating strategic partnerships and communications. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years' of professional sports and entertainment experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The role demands a candidate with a strong business acumen, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A proven track record of driving outsized financial and brand results, as well as strong relationships within the professional sports and entertainment industry, is essential. The role also requires the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and a passion for the sports and entertainment business.
