Johnson Brothers of Indiana is one of the state’s largest distributors of wine, spirits, and beer. The Warehouse Order Selector position is a night shift role (Monday - Thursday 6:00 p.m. to about 4:30 a.m., with Fridays off) paying $22.00 hourly with eligibility for overtime and potential earnings up to $29.00 hourly based on speed and accuracy. Responsibilities include selecting products for outbound shipping, lifting 35-60 pound cases repeatedly, placing cases on pallets in correct sequence, reviewing selection labels for accuracy, recording work times, repositioning cases and labels to maintain accuracy and prevent breakage, recording breakage and cleanup, and housekeeping as directed. Additional duties include palletizing, returns, replenishment, and cleanup at shift end. Qualifications include accuracy, communication skills, ability to work under pressure, organization, attention to detail, professionalism, legal work eligibility in the US, high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years related experience, ability to operate scanning devices, basic math skills, ability to work independently, and problem-solving skills. Safety rules must be followed, including no cell phone use in the warehouse except during breaks outside work areas.
