About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a strong background in real estate development and investment to lead the organization through a phase of growth and transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and executing strategic acquisitions and dispositions. This role involves overseeing the real estate investment strategy, including asset acquisition, portfolio management, and investment analysis, as well as developing and executing comprehensive business strategies to meet financial and operational objectives. The CEO will also be tasked with identifying growth and diversification strategies within the real estate sector, ensuring the timely and budget-compliant delivery of projects, and promoting innovative and sustainable approaches to real estate development and investment. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in real estate, investment, or business administration, with a master's degree preferred. A minimum of 20 years' experience in real estate development and investment, including at least 6 years in a CEO role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale real estate projects and driving company growth. The role also demands a leader who can champion sustainability initiatives and corporate social responsibility, and who is adept at overseeing the real estate development division, from project planning to marketing. The CEO will be expected to lead the company with a vision for the future, and to be a key figure in the organization's ability to adapt and thrive in a changing market.
