A well-established steel company is looking to hire an Industrial Equipment Operator. As an Industrial Equipmment Operator you will be responsible for operating a heavy duty forklift to haul finished steel to and from the shop, along with general tasks. What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate heavy-duty industrial forklifts to transport finished steel between the shop and storage areas
• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them in designated locations
• Move stock to pallets or crates for storage or shipment, ensuring efficient organization
• Identify and report any damages, shortages, or quality issues.
• Transport raw materials to production workstations as required
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Complete additional manual labor tasks as needed

Who We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated experience as a heavy-duty forklift operator is required
• Class A CDL License preferred, but not required
• Strong commitment to punctuality and maintaining a dependable work schedule
• Ability to accurately handle and track inventory and equipment
• Excellent physical condition and coordination necessary for the demands of the job
• Flexibility to handle varying workloads and adapt to different tasks as needed
• Steel toe boots or shoes are required

What You Can Expect

• $20.00 - $23.00/hour, depending on experience
• Typical schedule of Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm

A local well established fulfillment warehouse in Lakeland,FL is seeking an experienced Receiving Clerk to join the team. In this role you will be responsible for outbound shipments and keeping records.

•\tExperience in warehousing
•\tExperience in data entry
•\tAbility to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, manuals and SOP's
•\tAbility to calculate figures and amounts associated with basic math

•\tSchedule of Monday – Friday, 6:00am - 5:00pm
